FEWER DISCOUNTS ON SUBSCRIPTIONS

Instead of the previous 15% discount, there will be a permanent 10% discount on NEW subscriptions from January 10th, 2024.

Your existing subscription is not affected by this change and of course the prices will also be reduced in the subscription.

So you benefit twice! 🎉

Are you considering subscribing to other products? Due to high demand, we are extending the promotion and you can still do this with the 15% discount until January 10th, 2024 . It's worth it! 🤩

NEW SHIPPING COSTS

Unfortunately, we are forced to increase our shipping costs. The reasons for this are, on the one hand, increased DHL prices. On the other hand, for reasons of sustainability, we want to promote more conscious shopping with rarer and larger order quantities. 📦

The shipping free limit will be raised to 39 euros and the shipping costs for Germany will increase to 4.95 euros.

So if your subscription was previously between 35 and 39 euros , from January 1st, 2024 you will be below the shipping free limit and will pay shipping costs .

Due to the reduced prices, this will also affect subscriptions that are just over 39 euros (approx. up to 43 euros).

To prevent this, you can adjust your order quantity, i.e. add more products to your subscription.

And if you do this by January 10th, 2024, you will also get a 15% permanent discount as explained above! 🎉

If you don't actually need a larger quantity, we recommend that you still order more and adjust the delivery interval . You can do all of this in your customer account.
